Job Title: Overpayment Recovery Associate

Introduction:
ConSova Corporation is a great opportunity for individuals who want to grow with our company. We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our Golden, Colorado office to do overpayment analysis and recovery on behalf of our health insurance clients. The candidate will work with a team of skilled professionals in a dynamic and emerging health care company. Responsibilities include reviewing client claims and data to detect and confirm overpayments with physicians and hospitals within, but not limited to the areas of Duplicate Payments, Coordination of Benefits and Contractual Overpayments. The Candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to prioritize, coordinate, multitask, analyze, think outside the box, and be energetic. This is a fast paced entrepreneurial environment and flexibility is a must. We offer an incentive based compensation package based on recovery performance measure by results and quality. The compensation package includes a semi-annual performance bonus, a generous vacation accrual, and other outstanding benefits.
Requirements:
This position requires an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree. It is preferred the degree is in a mathematical related area, such as accounting, mathematics, or statistics and/or a degree in healthcare finance/management. Previous experience working in a managed care environment would be a plus Previous healthcare auditing experience is a plus. Familiarity with CPT-IV, HCPC, DRG and ICD9 coding would be a plus. Microsoft Office experience is required.
