Vino is CEO and Chairman of the Board of ConSova. Vino has lived and worked in several countries including the U.S., U.K., Singapore, New Zealand and Australia. Vino is the Chairman of Cereus Holdings Limited, an investment holding company with investments in the US, New Zealand, Australia, Asia, and Europe. Vino Ramayah holds Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Master of Laws from University of London and has practiced both corporate and commercial law internationally, and served as a Director of a number of multi-national companies.

John brings nearly 20 years of business management, team leadership, client management, sales, marketing and consulting experience to the organization. John's business and leadership experience spans from the building and operating of his own companies and those where he provided interim management during various transitional and turn-around situations. His career has focused primarily in the health care and pharmaceutical markets and most recently has spent 6 years as a partner with one of the leading health care and prescription drug claim audit firms which targeted and served numerous Fortune 500 and other large self-insured employer groups.

Gary Mellott has over 25 years of sales and sales leadership experience building and leading high performance enterprise sales teams. Previously, Gary was Director of Business Development at Cherwell Software, a global leader in Service Management. As Cherwell’s eighth employee, Gary was a key contributor to Cherwell’s 1000+ percent revenue growth over the last 5 years and Cherwell being named to Deloitte’s 2014 Technology Fast 500™ list (#102).

Prior to Cherwell, Gary held executive sales roles at prominent industry leaders Accruit, FrontRange Solutions and RealLegal (software division of Law.com) where he was responsible for direct and channel revenue growth.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Regis University.

Stephanie was promoted to Sr. Director of Customer Care from her previous role as Director of Eligibility Verification. Prior to ConSova, Stephanie served as a Human Resource Manager for a Large Employer and was responsible for staff management, employee relations, benefit administration, employee and management counseling, recruitment and customer data collection. Stephanie previously held positions as Director of Human Resources, Human Resource Manager and Human Resources Administrator.

Justin leads ConSova's Eligibility Verification operations consisting of Dependent Eligibility Verification and Marketplace Management services including client services, audit and call center operations, and support staff. He guides his team with an emphasis on quality, detailed analysis, process efficiency, and professionalism. In addition to his focus on analytics and a passion for product and process improvement, Justin draws on a decade of healthcare and benefits cost containment experience to drive the best possible quality and results. In prior experience with ConSova, United Health Group, and AIM Healthcare Services, Justin held the positions of Manager, Auditor, and Regional Account Manager.

Scott is responsible for oversight and leadership of the overpayment identification and recovery division of ConSova Corporation. Scott brings over 13 years of experience in overpayment identification, prevention, and recovery efforts. In Scott's previous experience with OptumInsight, he served as a Regional Director. Scott's responsibilities included staff management, employee development, provider/payer relations, informatics, and sales in a multi-state geographical area. Scott previously has held the positions of Assistant Regional Director, and Regional Account Manager with AIM Healthcare Services, Inc. Scott is a Certified Professional Coder. Scott's career has been largely focused around reducing the cost of healthcare through cost containment practices.
