Dependent Eligibility Verification

As part of an important initiative to ensure compliance and good governance as well as to reduce costs for employees, Consova is reviewing and verifying eligibility for covered dependents in the Houston Methodist health plans. As a part of this initiative, if you have one or more dependents enrolled in a Houston Methodist plan you will be requested to verify their eligibility.  If your dependent does meet the eligible dependent requirements but has gained other coverage you must submit a life event in MARS. If you have a life event, you must complete your life event in MARS within 60 days of the life event.
